Accelerated Competency Transformation Program for Engineers

ACT-Eng. is a professional development program for engineers, established in collaboration with the Institute of French Petroleum (IFP) Training. Its foundation is rooted in a previously developed program by Petro Rabigh (PRC) and IFP Training.

In 2019, EnergyTech concluded a long-term partnership with IFP Training, resulting in the establishment of ACT-Eng. as a well-structured professional training program for newly recruited engineers in the hydrocarbon industries. The program is distinctive in its design and delivery format, aimed at accelerating the development of participants from academic engineers to fully qualified practicing engineers.

Both EnergyTech and IFP are committed to expanding the program to reach a broader audience and encompass more industries. It has been successfully running ever since.

Upon completion of the program, participants will receive a graduation transcript detailing the completed modules, along with an overall grade, and a certificate endorsed by both EnergyTech and IFP Training.
