Energy Leadership Development Program (QUDWAH)

The name “Qudwah” is inspired by the Arabic word meaning “role model”.

Established in 2022 by EnergyTech in collaboration with The Training Room Online (TTRO), Qudwah offers standard programs as well as customized alternatives tailored to the specific interests of individual organizations.

Through Qudwah, we strive to be a responsive and agile talent development partner, focusing on addressing the most pressing leadership challenges faced by today’s multigenerational organizations.

In essence, Qudwah embodies the belief that “leaders are not born but made”.

Qudwah’s Programs

All Qudwah programs are modeled to start with a pre-assessment, delivered through mostly classroom training and complemented with digital learning and supported by targeted coaching.

There are multiple assessment options available, including ‘Discover Leadership’, which is a comprehensive leadership potential simulation, that evaluates multiple aspects of personality and leadership competencies, fundamental to early leader success. Also available is the capacity to perform organizational maturity assessments.

Weather it is standard or customized, we study the organizational needs, assess the participants’ skill gaps, and map the outcomes to the set of competencies to be acquired.
