EnergyTech recently hosted its monthly Leadership Views Session, titled “Unleash your Creativity.“

The session was presented by Mrs. Neveen Jarrar, Qudwah Program Administrator at EnergyTech, who took a creative approach aligned with the session’s theme by introducing multiple interactive activities.

One of the key activities was the black-box activity, in which each participant had a box labeled with their name. The box passed around the audience, who filled it with positive attributes before returning it to the owner, allowing each participant to discover their strengths from their colleagues’ perspectives.

This was followed by another creativity-boosting activity that led to engaging discussions, highlighting diverse viewpoints and experiences, and emphasizing that everyone has a unique way of expressing creativity.
